The instructions on the box were easy to follow, it was convenient to have everything needed to make the candles all in one box and the fragrances smelled wonderful; it was a fun family activity. The boxes did not come with stickers but that was minor because we were able to use other stickers we had around the house. Half of the candles did not set properly, when the candles harden, they were not level on the top and around the wick there was a well about 1/2 inch deep🤷‍♀️.

I ordered the set of 4 candles with 2 scents for my daughter, 2 granddaughters and I to create. We all had fun making them and the girls were excited to come away with a candle of their own! The scent is so nice (fruit & cake) and they were so easy and fast to make! I would recommend this to everyone who loves candles. The bonus is the candle is soy and all the packaging was recyclable! Loved it!!

I rarely write reviews but I felt compelled to with this product. I bought a whole bunch of candles from this company for my colleagues, friends and family for Christmas and they LOVED them. I am obsessed with the "Coffee Shop" scent and plan on ordering more on-line as I'm almost done. What I like about these candles is that they leave no black residue or strong chemical feel/smell. I am truly a fan!

How strong is the scent throw?

Our candles are designed to fill a room without being overpowering. Most customers notice the fragrance within 15-20 minutes of lighting. Soy wax releases scent more gradually than paraffin, so it's a steady, natural fragrance - not an initial blast that fades.

What if I don't like the scent?

We get it - scent is personal. If you're unsure, start with one of our bestsellers (they're bestsellers for a reason). And if something isn't right, reach out to us. We want you to love what you buy.

How long do your candles actually last?

Our 8oz jars burn for 40-50 hours. Our 16oz jars burn for 80-85 hours. Our 32oz jars burn for 160-175 hours. That's significantly longer than most paraffin candles because soy wax burns slower and more evenly.

Is shipping free?

We deliver across Canada using trusted carriers like Canpar, UPS, and Loomis. Orders ship within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays), and we offer free shipping on orders over $125.

Add any special delivery instructions at checkout for smooth delivery. If you're not home when your package arrives, your carrier will leave instructions for pickup.

Damaged in transit? Send us photos within 48 hours, and we'll issue a store credit or refund right away.

We want you to love your candles. If you're not completely happy, return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund or store credit. You'll just need to cover the return shipping costs.

Are your candles safe for pets?

Yes. Our candles are 100% pure soy wax with cotton wicks and naturally derived fragrance oils - no paraffin, no lead, no phthalates. This means our candles burn cleanly without releasing the heavy toxins commonly found in paraffin-based candles, making them a safer choice for homes with pets. Cruelty-free, chemical-free, and no animal testing, ever. That said, just like humans, every animal is unique. Some pets may have sensitivities or allergies to certain scents, especially if they are more prone to respiratory issues.

Burning candles in a well-ventilated area

Monitoring your pet’s behavior when introducing a new scent

Avoiding prolonged exposure in smaller, enclosed spaces

If you notice any signs of sensitivity, simply discontinue use of that particular scent.

What type of wax do you use?

Our candles are made with 100% pure soy wax, grown by North American farmers. We chose soy because it burns cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin wax. Supporting local agriculture is important to us - that's why we source our soy from farmers right here in North America.

Should I trim the wick before my first burn?

For your first lighting, keep the wick at its original length. This helps create an ideal melt pool, which sets the pattern for how your candle will burn in the future. After the first burn, trimming to 1/4 inch will help your candle burn cleanly.

What ingredients do you use for fragrance?

Your candle's scent comes from a careful blend of essential oils and naturally derived fragrance oils. We choose only clean ingredients - which means no phthalates, phosphates, or parabens. This creates beautiful aromas that won't irritate sensitive noses or fill your air with chemicals.

What’s special about your wicks?

We use pure cotton wicks that are completely lead-free. They're self-trimming, which means less maintenance for you. Our wicks are carefully sized for each candle to provide the perfect flame and best possible burn.
