VEUILLEZ NOTER CONSEILS DE BRÛLAGE POUR VOS BOUGIES GÉANTES :

Ne coupez jamais vos mèches. Lors de votre première combustion, allumez les mèches et laissez-les brûler.
La première brûlure est la plus importante. Prévoyez d'allumer votre bougie JUMBO pour sa première combustion à un moment où vous pouvez la laisser brûler pendant 5 à 6 heures. La cire de soja ne brûle pas à chaud comme les « mauvaises » bougies, il faut donc du temps pour chauffer la cire et lui permettre de brûler. La laisser brûler pendant plusieurs heures permet à la bougie de fondre jusqu'au bord, brûlez-la suffisamment pour empêcher les mèches de se noyer dans la mare de cire.
Si une mèche s'éteint lors de la première combustion ou à tout autre moment, rallumez-la rapidement. Si elle s'est éteinte depuis un moment, soufflez les autres mèches, allumez juste celle qui s'est éteinte et laissez-la brûler jusqu'à ce qu'elle uniformise la zone. Rallumez ensuite le reste et laissez-le brûler pendant un moment pour se stabiliser.
Une fois que votre bougie a complètement brûlé, nous vous recommandons de la laver avec de l'eau chaude savonneuse et de la réutiliser.

Scent addicted

I love big candles and the permeating scent of the hydrangeas, however, first light was great but from there the wicks get too pooled and having a hard time getting them to stay lit.
I'm down to half of this biggy and last night's burn was better. I never cut or broke any wicks but the wicks keep curling at the tip so they go out. I straighten the wicks as best as I can, this helped. I do enjoy it tremendously.
Colours would be fun.

I ordered two of the jumbos. The sent I got was Amber. It’s an amazing sent. The Five wick burns so nicely. Will be ordering more. I placed mine on my dining table and coffee table.

How strong is the scent throw?

Our candles are designed to fill a room without being overpowering. Most customers notice the fragrance within 15-20 minutes of lighting. Soy wax releases scent more gradually than paraffin, so it's a steady, natural fragrance - not an initial blast that fades.

What if I don't like the scent?

We get it - scent is personal. If you're unsure, start with one of our bestsellers (they're bestsellers for a reason). And if something isn't right, reach out to us. We want you to love what you buy.

How long do your candles actually last?

Our 8oz jars burn for 40-50 hours. Our 16oz jars burn for 80-85 hours. Our 32oz jars burn for 160-175 hours. That's significantly longer than most paraffin candles because soy wax burns slower and more evenly.

Is shipping free?

We deliver across Canada using trusted carriers like Canpar, UPS, and Loomis. Orders ship within 3-5 business days (excluding holidays), and we offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Are your candles safe for pets?

Yes. Our candles are 100% pure soy wax with cotton wicks and naturally derived fragrance oils - no paraffin, no lead, no phthalates. This means our candles burn cleanly without releasing the heavy toxins commonly found in paraffin-based candles, making them a safer choice for homes with pets. Cruelty-free, chemical-free, and no animal testing, ever. That said, just like humans, every animal is unique. Some pets may have sensitivities or allergies to certain scents, especially if they are more prone to respiratory issues.

What type of wax do you use?

Our candles are made with 100% pure soy wax, grown by North American farmers. We chose soy because it burns cleaner and longer than traditional paraffin wax. Supporting local agriculture is important to us - that's why we source our soy from farmers right here in North America.

Should I trim the wick before my first burn?

For your first lighting, keep the wick at its original length. This helps create an ideal melt pool, which sets the pattern for how your candle will burn in the future. After the first burn, trimming to 1/4 inch will help your candle burn cleanly.

What ingredients do you use for fragrance?

Your candle's scent comes from a careful blend of essential oils and naturally derived fragrance oils. We choose only clean ingredients - which means no phthalates, phosphates, or parabens. This creates beautiful aromas that won't irritate sensitive noses or fill your air with chemicals.

What’s special about your wicks?

We use pure cotton wicks that are completely lead-free. They're self-trimming, which means less maintenance for you. Our wicks are carefully sized for each candle to provide the perfect flame and best possible burn.
